Changing TA Access Level

Note: All instructors are currently assigned Level 1 access which cannot be changed; however, you can change TAs from Level 1 to Read Only and vice versa.

  1. Log into your Instructor Platform.
  2. Click on the Instructors and Sections button on the left-hand side of the page.
  3. Navigate to the Instructional Team Members tab.
  4. Find the name of the TA whose Access permissions you would like to change and use the drop-down menu in the Access (permissions) column to select their Access level.
  5. To see the different permission levels for TAs, jump or scroll to the TA section and click the View TA Access Levels button, or go to the article on Instructor/TA Access Levels and Permissions.
